Euroclear IT Management has initially choosen PSNext to pilot Euro project, and then, has progressively extended PSNext utilisation to the multi-annual projets plan of the whole group..

Euroclear institutions' Back Office operations on the stock markets for France, Belgium, The Netherlands and Great Britain. Euroclear's IT Department initially selected PSNext to manage its Euro project, and then gradually extended its use to managing the Group's long-term project plan. Today, use of PSNext has been rolled out to all departments involved in IT projects (project managers, resource managers and staff).

PSNext has allowed working methods to be standardised, generated productivity gains, and made dashboards available, such as:

• "Executive" dashboards, which are true decision-making tools
• "Management audit" dashboards, involving, for example, capital asset production certified by the auditors, on the basis of time spent entered in PSNext and the valuation of PSNext resources.
