Sciforma user testimony: Valeo

Valeo, a world leader in the development and manufacture of automobile equipment, selected PS for the management of all its R&D projects.

Split across 65 sites worldwide, some 5,000 users, including 1,000 project managers, work with PSNext on a daily basis. Using PSNext has allowed for better management of timescales, development costs, profit margins, quality, and project risk.

Thanks to the ease with which it can be parameterised, PS has easily been able to integrate with and take account of Valeo's specific processes such as the management of "Cost Drivers" and "master" schedules.

Used as a truly global and collaborative project management system, PSNext has enabled roles to be shared between key stakeholders, such as Management auditors, project managers, project team members, and resource managers.

Therefore, each week, some 4,000 "Project Team Members" use PSNext screens to enter their actual time spent and estimated remaining effort. The key data from PSNext (time spent, actual costs, etc.) is then automatically integrated within SAP.
