Examples of use
Some examples of commonly occurring exchanges from PSNext to an ERP application:
- Upload of time spent - the time spent as entered by your staff in PSNext's "My Work" component.
- Upload of project data from each project (costs, efforts, delivery date, etc.).
- Upload of job classification efforts - summaries of workload per job classification drawn up under PSNext.
- Upload of staff calendars (leave, flexitime, overtime, etc.).
Some examples of commonly occurring exchanges from ERP applications to PSNext:
- Download of project data - objectives, target budgets, etc. for each project.
- Download of macro-tasks - when a project is broken down into macro-tasks, objectives, target budgets, etc. for each one.
- Download of HR data for each member of staff (cost, job skills, availability, etc.).
- Download of calendars for your members of staff (leave, flexitime, overtime, etc.) as entered and approved in your information system.
- Download of purchases - external costs entered in your information system, such as project-related purchases.
