“It’s not just about the software: A PPM success story at Yorkshire Building Society”, presented by Mark Brown – Manager of Intelligent PMO at Yorkshire Building Society and Steve Kirk – Director of SGK Consulting and Sciforma Consulting Partner UK.
This presentation gave an insight into both the customer’s and vendor’s view of what made Sciforma 4.0 implementation a success. YBS PMO manager and project sponsor explained how the project was initiated, planned and delivered. The Sciforma lead consultant dealt with the way they worked with the project team to provide the right system at the right time and cost. Together they highlighted what they see as the 6 key factors for success.
