Sciforma is looking for a APAC Marketing Coordinator to join our global marketing team. This role is an opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of marketing and digital marketing in a B2B software environment.


  • Support social media strategy: Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, blog, website, etc by creating daily, weekly, monthly engaging content and posts to grow social media audiences and presence in APAC countries
  • Identify opportunities for new platforms or community exposure
  • Develop, implement, and assist in marketing and social strategies to promote content, product, and campaigns in APAC countries
  • Build upon marketing strategy, which can include, but not limited to:
    • Market research/benchmarking research & making recommendations
    • Coordinating with internal teams to develop content
    • Identifying new opportunities to enrich content and posts
    • Building and planning an editorial calendar
    • Analytics and performance evaluation
  • Supporting the APAC marketing team in campaigns and various marketing efforts


  • Bi-lingual (Japanese)
  • Outstanding written and communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Tech savvy; able to learn and embrace new technologies quickly
  • Strong follow-through and execution of strategies and tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a small team environment 
  • Willingness to grow and wear multiple hats

Nice to have:

  • Creative mindset and able to think outside the box
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop & Suite, or similar editing apps
  • Great eye for design
