Role Description 

We seek candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment with multi-role responsibilities while bringing a lot of enthusiasm to the job. As part of our Professional Services team, you will often lead varying implementation projects. You will be responsible for advising and steering clients to improve their business performance in terms of project and portfolio management. This is a business consultant role with strategic customers and is important to our core business and company success.


  • Training - Software training of general processes with proprietary software

  • Basic Implementation - Following a predetermined process to guide and set up a basic system

  • Prepare technical objectives - identify and describe key goals and provide the work processes to achieve these goals

  • Deliver business analysis and solutions consulting – work closely with our customer champions to understand in detail the use cases and business processes, and define and implement the solutions

  • Detailed Documentation of work, test cases, and configurations

  • Facilitate and harness work from cross functional teams both locally and globally

  • Manage and deliver enterprise implementation projects with our largest and most strategic customers

  • Detecting issues, communicating, and investigating ways to resolve them

  • Creating and presenting information orally, visually, and in writing

  • Serve as the software expert and product specialist, aiming to solve customer business challenges

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related fields such as Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems or Business Administration with a related focus

  • Experience designing/implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions, cloud services, and providing business-transformation consulting

  • PMP certification a plus

  • 6+ years of experience of Professional Services, Technology Consulting, Sales Engineering experience or the like

  • Ability to deliver professional service and high impact results

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and provide updates at any time

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Understanding of basic concepts (ie. If statements, variables, loops, etc.)

  • Basic General Relational Database Management Systems knowledge (ie. one-to-many, primary keys, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools,

  • SaaS & general programming methodologies and software architecture is a plus

  • Able to work independently on projects and reprioritize when needed

  • Collaborates and shares timely updates with the internal team (project manager, sales, support, etc.)

  • Experience with customer interfacing

  • Examples of technical writing (i.e. requirements documents, test cases, etc.)

  • Multiple Project Management theories and software (the more the better)

  • Experience with consulting with enterprise-level customers
