Role Description:

Sciforma is conducting a search for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join the North America marketing team. We’re looking for an enthusiast, data-driven, and creative team member responsible for delivering consistent lead generation.

Reporting to the CMO, the Demand Generation Manager is responsible for new logo acquisition, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline creation.

Responsibilities:

Strategy, planning and execution of integrated campaigns and demand generation programs to reach identified personas and deliver a consistent flow of marketing and sales qualified leads (MQL/SQL).
Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve conversion rate.
Build campaign audiences through lead generation efforts in SEO, SEM, remarketing, content syndication and paid advertising efforts.
Plan and manage webinars as a part of the integrated campaign strategy.
Manage the demand generation budget.
Optimize marketing automation practices, including lead nurturing, lead prioritization, lead scoring and routing, with the objective of driving funnel stage progression.
Provide on-going reporting and campaign insights to stakeholders and monitor the health of the marketing channel mix using key KPIs.
Maintain optimal lead volume, campaign tracking and delivery of sales enablement.
Build and execute customer marketing programs for cross/upsell and account retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years' experience in B2B marketing.
You take initiative, can work independently and actively to resolve issues, and take ownership of projects and process.
You are results-driven with very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI and forecasting.
You have demonstrated results in hitting targets and improving funnel close and conversion ratios.
You have proven track record of managing successful demand generation programs with a breadth of knowledge from marketing databases, segmentation, email execution, lead handling processes, reporting analysis.
Experience with marketing automation tools like Pardot.
Experience with Google Analytics is highly desirable.
CRM skills, ideally Salesforce.com.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Proven capability to serve as a collaborative team player across multiple functions and geographies.
