As part of the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for understanding, managing and delivering significant, and often global, implementations for our large implementation customers from initial transition from Sales through final delivery and transition to the Support team, ensuring the solution is delivered with success on time and on budget.

As a Project Manager:

  • You are a tenacious, customer-focused Professional Services Project Manager
  • You are the focal point for the customer throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • You manage concurrent complex projects for our customers
  • You lead the assigned design, planning, implementation and testing teams of complex IT projects
  • You proactively plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, critical paths, deliverables
  • You manage, track and report on compliance to project budgets, drive project change orders as necessary, and generally be accountable for the project P&L
  • You evaluate project risk by taking full responsibility for problem resolution, and ensuring, when necessary, that escalation occurs in order to keep projects on track
  • You manage project communications, including facilitating regular project status meetings with all stakeholders, documenting meeting minutes as necessary, and managing all ongoing action items
  • You coordinate with key internal departments across the business (professional services, support, sales, cloud platform and product)

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience including substantial track record successful management and delivery of highly complex projects and programs
  • Strong matrix management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrated aptitude for effective leadership of project teams
  • Readiness to travel throughout North America
  • PMP Certification is a plus

  • Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools
  • Strong & tested project management skills, including risk identification and management
  • Experienced at understanding who is the client, what their needs are, and can provide realistic expectations based on all aspects of the project/business landscape
  • Experienced in managing and delivering software deployments to large global customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive, encouraging, collaborative, and motivating team player
  • Consistently demonstrate leadership, tact, and professionalism in handling difficult situations
