Role Description - Project Manager & Trainer

We seek candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment with multi-role responsibilities while bringing a lot of enthusiasm to the job. As part of our Professional Services team, you will lead varying project coordination, control, and reporting. You will be responsible for managing and ensuring all project deliverables, timelines, and goals are met or surpassed (budget, time, scope). You will have additional responsibilities that include training clients.

This is a primarily a Project Management role with strategic customers and is important to our core business and company success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related fields such as Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems or Business Administration with a related focus
  • Experience Project Managing enterprise-wide technology solutions, cloud services, or other software solutions
  • PMP certification
  • 6+ years of experience of in Project Management, Consulting, Corporate Service, or related field
  • Ability to deliver professional service and high impact results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and provide updates at any time
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Training - Software training of general processes with proprietary software
  • Schedule and lead meetings as needed to meet project objectives
    • Communicate upward to encourage awareness and trust and increase engagement and enablement
    • Report using Proprietary software while applying PMBok tools
    • Detecting issues, communicating, provide resolution options, and executing strategic decisions
    • Guide planning to bring readiness to the required levels to proceed
    • Inform and update billing information as changes occur
  • Facilitate and harness work from cross functional teams both locally and globally
  • Creating and presenting information orally, visually, and in writing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact of Contact for multiple active customers


  • Success in handling technical development projects of growing complexity and size
  • Results-oriented. Demonstrates initiative and personal accountability to meet work demands according to highest standards while being able to prioritize and balance competing needs
  • Able to work independently on projects and reprioritize when needed
  • Collaborates and shares timely updates with the internal team (project manager, sales, support, etc.)
  • Experience with customer interfacing
  • Examples of project writing (i.e. charter, communication matrix, etc.)
  • Multiple Project Management theories and software (the more the better)
  • Experience with consulting with enterprise-level customers
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools, SaaS & general programming methodologies and software architecture is a plus
  • Able to work independently on projects and reprioritize when needed
