Paris (22 Nov. 2021). Leading Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software provider Sciforma today announced the hiring of customer success expert Cedric Fiederer. Previously the VP of Customer Success at the recently-acquired One2Team, Fiederer joins Sciforma as Chief Customer Success Officer (CCO). As such, he will now be in charge of Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services for both Sciforma and One2Team.
Fiederer has over 20 years of software and customer experience, including 12 years delivering results for One2Team customers. Accordingly, he will leverage this customer-centric approach to business to bring valuable experiences to the combined team.

Joining the executive leadership team as a direct report to Braun, Fiederer will replace Fabien Herelle. After over 20 years at Sciforma, Ferelle is leaving the company to pursue other interests.
